Mastiff and Renegade Kid’s upcoming DS FPS, Moon, has been delayed. Originally set for a November 18th release, the game has been pushed back to January. When asked about the delay by Joystiq, Bill Swartz (head of Mastiff) simply had this to say:

Moon is too important a product to rush it out the door, just to make a holiday.

So there you have it. It’s a shame, but as a certain legendary video game creator once said, “A delayed game is eventually good, a bad game is bad forever.” The Moon rises on January 13th.
