Now, when I say “worth $650,” I don’t necessarily mean it’ll cost you that much. That’s the beauty of eBay. This latex Zero Suit, originally designed for a fan-made video, is currently going for a mere $50 on auction. That’s a steal for cosplay done this well. It’s got built-in gloves, boots in a women’s size 8, and a guarantee of all-eyes-on-you if you ever decide to wear it.

You can check out the auction link to see some shots of the suit, the original plans, and even some video of a women modeling the suit while doing her Wii Fit rowing squats. …because this is obviously the most practical outfit to do rowing squats in.

Factory sealed Earthbound goes for $1000+ on eBay

It’s pretty well known among gamers that Earthbound is a collector’s item. The fact that the SNES version is the only legitimate way to play Earthbound in North America keeps prices high. If the copy in question happens to be factory sealed, look out. One lucky bidder managed to get his or her hands on such a copy for $1,025.01. Do you think the bidder in question will feel any buyer’s remorse if Nintendo ever makes Earthbound available on the Virtual Console for eight dollars?

DS with Miyamoto’s signature is up for grabs

Better yet, it’s a Pure White DS, which was only released in Japan, and looks to be in pretty good condition. The current owner claims to have won it at E3 2005, and has kept the treasure away from grubby hands ever since. For whatever reason, now it’s listed on ebay, and (at the time of posting) still has a good eight days left until the auctions closes.

If anyone is looking at that pile of cash in the corner and is wondering “hmmm, how can I downgrade my DS lite in the best way possible”, you’re in luck, and you best be getting your bid on pronto. Then your gaming will be infused with the power of Shiggy himself, or at least his pen. And if his pen can write on a DS, AND do it in gold? There has to be some magic in there.

The set for sale includes every NES game, as well as a system to play them on. Actually, forget playing catch-up, with one of every cartridge created for the NES, start a serious game of “caught up and am now beating the pants off all other fanboys”.

Ever since I saw this set, I haven’t been able to get the “Gotta catch ‘em all! Gotta catch ‘em all!” from the cartoon out of my head. You know, the annoying spoken chorus that may or may not be a duplicated recording of one man yelling the popular catch phrase over and over. No pun intended.

Remember that amazingly sparkling, Zelda Wii from a few days ago? The one covered with 7,500 Swarovski crystals that have been dipped in 24K gold? Yeah, you can buy it now. Time to bust open that Piggy Bank and use about ten grand the purchase this little beauty off the eBay auction site. How it ended up there, we couldn’t tell you.

What we can tell you is that the shipping price is outrageous. SIX DOLLARS?? You might as well drive over to East Elmhurst in New York in a Hummer and pick it up yourself. Ridiculous.
