The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD Original Soundtrack coming in July

zeldatpost

Lost in all of the E3 and Breath of the Wild hype over the last couple of weeks was the announcement that The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD will be getting a special 3-disc original soundtrack release in Japan, courtesy of Tablier Communications and their Symphony No. 5 label (whose recent quality releases include the original soundtracks for Fire Emblem: Awakening and Fire Emblem Fates).

The tri-fold digipak includes 108 tracks from the Wii U remake spread across the three CDs, an 8-page booklet, and a reversible mini poster (featuring the artwork used on the freebie sound selection CD we got in North America and Europe). If all of that isn’t enough incentive, first print copies will also include a bonus item: a 40mm can badge featuring Link.

The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD Original Soundtrack is now available for pre-order from CD Japan for just under US$45 and will be released on Wednesday, July 27th. I’ve already got my pre-order in – how about you?
