Platinum Games working on new game for Sega

The contract between Sega and Platinum Games, developer for MadWorld and Bayonetta, may have been for just four games, but the two seem to have hit it off. Following October reports that the two companies were looking into extending their relationship, Sega VP Alan Pritchard has confirmed they’re working on a fifth project together.

“We have a further title to announce from Platinum Games as well.”

…Yep, that’s all we got. The web’s gone crazy with speculation over Bayonetta 2, which Platinum has loved to tease us with in the past. That said, their track record suggests this fifth collaboration will be a brand new IP.
