J.R.R. Tolkien’s Lord of the Rings franchise seems to have a pair of epic legs, a series that appears to have no intention of slowing down. And while it may be some time before impatient fans are feasting their eyes on the almost canceled big screen adaptation of The Hobbit, that certainly doesn’t mean one’s fix for Middle-earth should dry up. To the contrary!
From Warner Bros. Interactive comes the new video game, Lord of the Rings: War in the North. Set to release next year on the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC, the RPG leaves the ring behind and places you on a quest up North to conquer the looming darkness.
