From Sega’s development team The Creative Assembly comes the latest trailer for Shogun 2: Total War, the upcoming PC strategy game. Taking place during the mid-16th Century in Japan, clan leader Daimyo must bring the divided country of Japan together under his command, with aspirations of becoming the land’s Shogun (or ruler).
Take a look at the latest trailer above, to gain insight on the game’s background and story. You’ll also note extremely impressive 3D visuals, beautiful weather and fire effects and large scaled battles (of nearly 56,000 soldiers) taking place between both land and sea.
Shogun 2: Total War will be released exclusively for PC in 2011.
