While much of Activision’s upcoming GoldenEye 007 for Wii is indeed a reimagining of the original N64 title, some of it is brand spanking new. Some of the upcoming improvements to the game include a reworked modern day story, fresh cut scenes featuring the current Bond film talent, and a robust online multiplayer mode.
Based on this new video of footage from multiplayer at Gamescom 2010, it’s clear we’re in store for some new multiplayer levels to look forward to. Based on my hours upon hours of playing the original game’s multiplayer, it doesn’t appear that the level above is a remake of a N64 level, but instead a brand new creation. Take a look for yourself. Prepare for GoldenEye 007 to hit stores this November.
