Tomorrow (or rather “today” if you want to get picky about time zones) will be the one-year anniversary of Dragon Quest IX: Sentinels of the Starry Skies in Japan. The franchise is a mega-blockbuster over there, though it’s never been as much a phenomenon over here. With Nintendo managing to secure the game’s exclusivity on the Nintendo DS, however, you can bet they’ll be pushing for the game’s success worldwide.
Dragon Quest IX will be available tomorrow, one year after the game’s Japanese release. If you’re still on the fence about the game, it’s gotten great reviews, and our brief time with the game at E3 last month was nothing but enjoyable. I’ve included the E3 trailer again above for your enjoyment!
