Update: The Zeldathon only has a couple of hours left before they wrap up. If you can find some extra money to donate to their cause, I’m sure there are countless people who would appreciate your generosity!
Good morning, everyone! All of us around here is still trying to replenish our heart containers after all the E3 excitement out of Los Angeles. The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword? Perfect reason for Zelda fans to be excited about the future. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time for the Nintendo 3DS? Future and past.
It seems those aren’t the only great things for Zelda fans these days, as they can also be excited to help out against cancer. The fine folks at TNMC Productions have arranged with the American Cancer Society to host a 72-hour The Legend of Zelda marathon starting today at 4pm EDT, with all proceeds going to help cancer patients and support research to find a cure. The Zeldathon team is a registered team for the American Cancer Society, so you can be sure your donations will go where you intend them to.
As the Zeldathon team takes turns over the next few days playing all Zelda games, you can Donate Here to their cause. A small donation will make you eligible for prizes, which you can read about on the site linked below. The grand prize for the top donor? Skyward Sword, among other goodies. We’ll keep their player above in this post as well as in our sidebar for the duration of this event, in hopes that you’ll help their cause. Thanks for your support!
