Uh… oh yeah. Mario’s back. I guess this is what Martinet was teasing months ago.
Nintendo announced a stellar list of bombshells at E3, one of which wasn’t this. Mario and his loyal comrades are set to star in an all-new sports game collection called Mario Sports Mix. Instead of a Mario Party, the mustached plumber will play a bunch of different sports.
Okay, I’ll come clean. I’m very bitter. Sure the concept of Mario playing volleyball or basketball sounds great, but I was really hoping for a new Mario Golf title. Considering the Wii is the current leader of golf simulators based on the Wii Remote, it needs to happen.
But I digress. Take a look at the new trailer for Mario’s sports title. It’s scheduled for a holiday release.
