Well colored me all sorts of surprised! Today Sega has announced a new Sonic title. Entitled Sonic Colors, the game will be available for Wii and the Nintendo DS. Not much else is yet known. The trailer above reveals little other than some catchy music and the trademark vivid color palette that Sonic is known for. And speaking as a long time Sonic fan (my first game, ever, was Sonic the Hedgehog 2) I don’t know what those bizarre Pokemon-cum-chew-toy lookin’ things are bobbing around Sonic but they sure make me miss the Flickies.
The release date for Sonic Colors is listed as “holiday 2010″. Until then, check out a few photos from the trailer below.
