On Sunday afternoon, 37-year-old Jin Nakanose was arrested for attacking a 29-year-old man at the Loc Town Kumiyama shopping center in Kyoto.
“I was waiting in traffic at the entrance to a parking lot when I was cut off and I got angry,” said Nakanose, according to police officials. He then proceeded to exit his car, approach the driver’s side of the car that cut him off, pulled said driver out of his car and punched him in the face and other parts of his body with a reported two weeks-worth of injuries.
