Wow, EA’s fellow publishers are really lovin’ this Online Pass idea, aren’t they? Yesterday we learned that Ubisoft intends to follow the model, and now today, THQ has confirmed the same. UFC Undisputed 2010, which comes out next week, will have a one time use code to access the online services. Unlike EA, however, the code will only be $5 to those who purchase a used copy of the game, instead of $10. It will be required for any player who wants to participate in the new Fight Camp Mode, which allows users to assemble ranks of up to forty users and train together.
With EA, THQ, and Ubisoft on board, that means this Online Pass stuff is officially a trend, right?
