Last month, SEGA was plagued with a ton of leaked video footage from their much anticipated upcoming title Sonic the Hedgehog 4: Episode 1. Unfortunately, it seemed as though the leaks but a muzzle on the company, who has yet to make any announcements, or website updates since. Now it appears SEGA is ready to break their silence, with some big news.
The company gave the exclusive to two of its biggest fan sites, Sonic Retro and The Sonic Stadium, saying “the reason for the last couple month’s blackouts on Sonic 4 updates will also begin to make sense.”
Apparently, it will make sense on Thursday when SEGA makes an announcement on both fan sites. We’ll let you know what’s going on as soon as we find out, but expect more footage, more screens, and more info later this week.
