A new Japanese magazine scan shows another returning power-up for Super Mario Galaxy 2. Spring Mario will indeed return, along with previously announced Bee Mario and Boo Mario.
Other new power-ups confirmed for the game include Rock Mario, Cloud Mario and of course, Star Mario.
I have to say, I’m pretty disappointed with the decision to bring back Bee, Boo and Spring Mario. No Mario title has seen these special power-ups continue through more than one title. I’d still prefer Frog Mario or the Tanooki suit to make a comeback.
