Sega has announced a list of artists set to appear on the Iron Man 2: The Video Game soundtrack.
First off, the band Lamb of God will appear with a track created exclusively for the game, titled “Hit the Wall.” Swedish band Meshuggah will lend a few tracks to the game, from their album “ObZen.” Buffalo, New York band Stemm will rock you with tracks from their latest album “Blood Scent.” Other artists will include Swedish band Soilwork, hard rockers Nova, L.A.’s Hyro Da Hero and lastly, New Jersey based band Pimp X.
These acts seem unfamiliar, and a little rough around the edges for my tastes. I think I’ll stick to my normal playlist consisting of 80s hairbands, ‘N Sync, and that addicting Selena Gomez song. Look for Iron Man 2: The Video Game in stores May 4th, and the film in theaters May 7th.
