Last go around, we had the handy Co-Star mode in Super Mario Galaxy. It looks like Nintendo’s confirmed a similar method of multiplayer interactivity for Super Mario Galaxy 2, as the official site seems to confirm that the second player will be able to control one of the Luma, as shown above. I can’t read any of the text, so I don’t know if the Luma comes with any specific abilities, but you can bet that it will be helpful to have a buddy playing along.
