It’s almost Easter, so all the traditions – old and new – are falling into place. One tradition, the Washington Post Peeps Show, drew in over 1,100 entries of Peeps-based dioramas. The “Super Peepio Brothers” entry by Mark Rivetti of Silver Spring didn’t win, but was one of the 37 “favorites” featured on the website. Everything you see in the picture is made from chick or bunny Peeps and took a whopping 45 hours to create.
I’m actually pretty intrigued by this Peeps contest. If any of you remember when I made those posterboard Wii models four years ago and photographed them next to pretty much every object in the house, you know I’d probably be able to come up with something pretty crafty in 45 hours!
