Zant. The “Agahnim” of The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. I have to say: when this guy was first revealed in trailers, and even for most of the game… he seemed like an awesome sub-villain. The “Usurper King” was dark, mysterious, and seemed so threatening. Coupled with Link’s amazing sidekick from that game, it seemed like a perfectly epic cast for the then-latest Zelda game.
…and then he went and took off the mask, revealing that the mask essentially served as a wearable form of Valium.
The game still had plenty of final battles to end on a high note, but in case you need some closure, Ignatius Reillius has created a papercraft design of Zant’s helmet for you to admire and even download and print out for yourself. You’ll have one more great piece of artwork to add to your growing Twilight Princess papercraft collection, which hopefully includes Link, Midna, and more.
If you decide to make any of your own papercraft creations (or any creations for that matter), be sure to send them our way!
