In an interview from the Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Ultimania guide, series director Tetsuya Nomura states that they’ve already begun work on the next Kingdom Hearts game. This game is apparently one of two games other than Kingdom Hearts 3. Of the two games, one will likely see release this year, while the other game will be released next year or later and will feature multiple protagonists.
As for the third game on the horizon? Nomura’s team seems to be ready to dive into Kingdom Hearts 3, but its production is apparently dependent on “how things go with Final Fantasy Versus XIII.” Neither KH3 or these other two Kingdom Hearts games have been confirmed for any specific platform.
