Last year, I helped out in hosting a junior high solo & ensemble band contest, which provides fundraising opportunities through selling refreshments, among other things. We collected dozens and dozens of boxes of pop cans donated by parents, and we stashed them all in a back room until contest day. I tried organizing everything by brand and in such a way that it was still easy to walk around the room… but had I seen this picture, I would have done something similar instead.
Yep, that’s a bunch of 12-pack boxes of pop, or “soda” as FAIL Blog calls it, at the Safeway in Rohnert Park, CA. Obviously, it’s a pretty awesome display, but I wonder how sales went. I’d imagine most people wouldn’t want to take from such a creative work, but I can see some idiot trying to get one of the Mug boxes in the bottom left.
So, what do you think? …Is it “pop” or “soda” or something else?
