Tiger Woods is coming back to consoles this June with the next installment in his popular PGA Tour series. Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 promises to offer the best golfing experience to date, bundled with a few surprises.
First, it’s been announced that the game will be compatible with Sony’s motion controller. The device isn’t set to ship until this fall, but when it does, you’ll be ready to hit the links.
In more shocking news, for the first time in the game’s history, Tiger will be sharing the front cover of the game with another golfer. Northern Irish golfer Rory McIlroy is a phenomenal 20-year-old pro golfer. The move to include another golfer was done for many reasons, most specifically because of Tiger’s current golf hiatus. Additionally, the game will feature a new team based Europe vs U.S. Ryder Cup event. No doubt moving the pressure off of Tiger as an individual and rather as a brand will help put the focus back on golf and not on the player’s personal life.
All in all, this new installment will no doubt please the golf fan in all of us, and will hopefully aide in putting Tiger’s indiscretions behind us once and for all.
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 will release June 8th.
