Aren’t these gorgeous? These Crysis 2 screen shots were recently released by EA. Before you get too excited, however, (as Joystiq points out) its worth noting that these are third person perspective shots in what is known will be a first person game. These likely aren’t as nice as the in-game renders.
Still though, the breathtaking beauty of previous CryEngines makes one dare to dream. This title will be the first to use the brand spanking new CryEngine 3.
