Meet Zorua and Zoroark. These newest additions to the Pokémon family were just revealed by CoroCoro Magazine, a full ten days sooner than the anticipated February 21 reveal date on Pokémon Sunday. Thanks to CoraCora, and Official Nintendo Magazine, the page scans are now on the Internet!
From the looks of things, Zorua seems to be the pre-evolution Zoroark, and both are very dark and fox-like. As the trailer for the new Pokemon movie features a three-clawed monster chasing Celebi, and is entitled The Rule Of Illusion: Z (Zoroark?), it is assumed that Zoroark will have a central part in the plot. CoraCora also hints at a possible new type of evolution, and ONM speculates that their attacks might be illusion-based. Though they are the 494th and 495th Pokémon, it is unknown what their number will be in the official Pokedex.
Perhaps the 21st will bring some more details about this exciting development in the Pokémon universe.
