EA’s earnings report reveals Sims 3 to appear on consoles
A little of the PC elitest in me just died a bit. Lately, there’s been a resounding “Why not?” in regards to various PC titles, The Sims 3 included, making their way to console. Now EA is responding “Why not, indeed?”. They just released their financial report on their third quarter fiscal expectations, and listed is one “Sims 3 On Console Title TBA”. Likely that means XBOX 360 or PS3, but I’ll leave you to speculate on that on your own.
Also mentioned for fourth quarter is a “New Sims Title TBA”, which gives the impression of more than an add-on or expansion to The Sims 3. Either way, it looks like the Sims are gettin’ a lot of action towards the end of the year.
