Previously when reporting on this upcoming Sims 3 content pack, I was unable to find a reliable release date. But with this video we can finally confirm that Design and High Tech Stuff will be released sometime this month (“February 2010″)! Until then, check out this video showcasing some of the items included in the add-on, including new cutting edge fashions, flat panel TVs, gaming consoles, and more.

As previously reported, there will be 3 items from previous Sims titles to celebrate their anniversary: the aquarium, the electric guitar, and the heart shaped bed. Me, I’m excited about the new ankle boots.
