The Wii no Ma (or “Wii Room”) service has been on Wiis in Japan for a few months now, however the content was all ad based. Now, the channel has started allowing users to rent content, starting at 100 Nintendo Points. So far the service has seen support from several studios such as Warner, Disney, and THK, and includes tons of content from TV shows, cartoons and anime to movies.
No word when or if the service will launch in the U.S.
