Japan gets special stylus for Spirit Tracks release
Again with the awesome styluses (styli?) that we don’t get to have.
This transparent quill style stylus is a promotional item for the upcoming Legend of Zelda: Spirit Tracks release December 7th (23rd here in the States). As some of you may notice, its the same one from the Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass release two years ago. They’re being distributed on launch day as an “early buyer bonus” to our friends overseas.
Just another chapter in the “Japan gets all the best stuff” saga. Big sigh.

i got one of these when i got phantom hourglass. It looks cool but its a pain in the ass to use, cus you can’t store it in the back of your ds
Yeah it does look cumbersome. As a collector item though…*sigh*.
‘Styluses’ would be the most correct pluralization.
It sort of looks like it would cut your hand. Which seems awfully brutal for a feather.

Still have this in its box from when we got Phantom Hourglass. No worries – they’ve rounded all edges!
Figured as much – but it seems as though whenever the awkward plurals come up, people start to wonder…
(and I’ve seen enough of the old octopuses/octopodes/octopi debate…!)
Christian – Whew! Although a deadly-sharp feather would be intriguing…
Maybe they’ll release it for people who register the game online like they did with PH I could always use another
