Wiimote charging solutions have become one of the go-to products for accessory manufacturers, it seems, and today’s announcement by Thrustmaster does nothing to prove otherwise. Newly released are two charging solutions – an induction charger for two ‘motes built into a massive Wii stand known as the T-Charge Stand Contactless+ NW and a ‘four player charger’ called the T-Charge Quattro+ NW. The latter only actually charges two battery packs at once, but it comes with four. Both of them require only the Wii’s USB port for power, and both are compatible with Wii MotionPlus (as I assume all battery chargers are). Not much new here really, although it is nice to see more induction chargers out in the wild (induction charging requires no fidgety cables nor contacts, only close proximity). Available now, T-Charge Stand Contactless+ NW will cost you $40, while T-Charge Quattro+ NW goes for $35.
