Wii Shock-Wave wireless controller for $9.99

shockwave123

Those looking for some retro gaming on the cheap, or those who prefer using a standard controller for their Wii gaming, can look to the ShockWave Wireless Controller.  Currently on Buy.com, gamers can purchase the controller for just $9.99 with free shipping.  The controller is designed to look like the Wavebird, with similar layout. Although the D-pad is pretty poor compared to that of the Wavebird, the controller does add rumble.

Get yours before they go the way of the Wavebird,…extinct.

    Cool.
If I had any gamecube games, this would definitely be on my shopping list.

Just like the WaveBird, except that it’s actually in production.

And the Cube-style controller isn’t just about Cube games. Aside obvious stuff like Brawl, this is in my opinion your best option for N64 games on the Virtual Console.

Use it with SNES games only if you hate life, though.

Wavebird rocks my world, though for the majority of N64 games I’d still rather use the Classic.

At least we agree about SNES games… (Shudder!)

Love the Wavebird. I miss the rumble but I’d rather have my real Wavebird than a knockoff (though the price is very very tempting). And I have to agree, its ideal for the 64 games on VC, too.
