Today Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Winter Games has shipped for the Wii and DS. For the Wii version, the game will include the new Festival Mode, which allows you to play through all of the events from Opening Ceremony to the Closing Ceremony. On your trek to become the best, you’ll face off against unique bosses throughout the competition. A new mode for the DS is Adventure Tours, which is offers a more story oriented experience.
Shopping is also a new feature for the Wii version. You’ll be able to redeem your Star Tokens by purchasing music in the Music Shop, plus new gear, decals and banners in the Sports Shop. Additionally, you’ll be able to buy your Mii a new outfit. And don’t forget, the Wii version will support the Balance Board. Score!
