A closer look at the Zelda Wii/Master Sword theory

A bunch of us were speculating about the recently released Zelda Wii artwork last night. Today, several sources tried their hand at providing a visual representation of how everything corresponded. Unsatisfied with them, I decided to throw together one that showed more of a progression, as shown above.

Here’s my reasoning:

• The girl’s head definitely resembles the tip of the sword, no doubt.
• Her poncho has ruffles, which resemble the guard of the Master Sword.
• Gravity is the only reason the poncho is pointing downward.
• The pattern on her legs resembles the grip of the Master Sword’s hilt.
• The crystal/gem is undeniable.
