Telltale Games has announced a brand new episodic sequel to the classic PC point-and-click Monkey Island series. Tales of Monkey Island will consist of 5 monthly episodes. The first episode will launch on July 7th for PC, though a specific date for the WiiWare version hasn’t been announced yet. As you can tell from the above image, the series will have updated graphics reminiscent of Telltale’s other recent point-and-click games like Sam & Max and Strongbad’s Cool Game for Attractive People.
Time to get excited.
