In case you were wondering (and of course, you were), you can run Windows 95 on a Wii if you absolutely have to, though “run” implies speed, and the OS most certainly crawls. Using a version of DosBox, a DOS emulator, designed specifically for the Wii, one homebrewer managed to get the 14-year-old operating system to completely load up. He even got Solitaire to load, and it only took one full minute to deal!
