Smashmouth Games has announced a WiiWare version of the popular flash game, Ongaku. In Ongaku, you control a crystal music note named, amazingly, Ongaku. It’s a musical action game in which you move Ongaku up or down to intercept oncoming notes. As you successfully hit notes, an image is drawn on the background and gradually filled with color. The combination of music-based gameplay and creative background artwork make Ongaku a treat for the eyes and the ears. The WiiWare version is already looking nicer than the original flash version.
