Sega teases “Project RINGO”

Sega has a new teaser site up for something they’re calling “Project RINGO.” There’s a flash animation on the site that prominently features the silhouette of a cartoonish person playing with an apple. “Ringo” is Japanese for “apple” so it’s probably safe to assume that there are apples involved. I’m still holding out hope for a drumming simulator featuring Ringo Starr of the Beatles. Do not crush my dreams, Sega. Don’t make me wait for the Harmonix Beatles game.

Also on the page is some HTML code that creates a little flash circle with three math equations in it, which you can see after the break. The solution to all three equations is “247.” You can click the circle to show the flash video mentioned above, which teases more information on February 24th. Be sure to check back then.
