Better yet, it’s a Pure White DS, which was only released in Japan, and looks to be in pretty good condition. The current owner claims to have won it at E3 2005, and has kept the treasure away from grubby hands ever since. For whatever reason, now it’s listed on ebay, and (at the time of posting) still has a good eight days left until the auctions closes.
If anyone is looking at that pile of cash in the corner and is wondering “hmmm, how can I downgrade my DS lite in the best way possible”, you’re in luck, and you best be getting your bid on pronto. Then your gaming will be infused with the power of Shiggy himself, or at least his pen. And if his pen can write on a DS, AND do it in gold? There has to be some magic in there.
