5th Cell’s Scribblenauts is rewriting the books

The team that brought Drawn to Life, and Lock’s Quest is bringing another innovative title to the DS. It’s called Scribblenauts, and it’s looking to set the ambition bar at an all time high. As seen in the trailer, anything that the player can think of can be spelled out on the touch screen, and the item will appear in the game.

No worries about coming up with thoughts that outsmart the game, as director Jeremiah Slaczka has confidence that anything you can think of will be in there. Going as far to say “People won’t write half the things that exist in this game because they’re so obscure.”

ya ya…this is one too look out for….

I wonder if you can really write ANYTHING to solve the puzzles?

Probably there are some limitations, to comply with copyrights (Probably can’t write PS2 in and get a PS2), Hardware limitations (There’s only so much data you can put into a cartridge) and an E rating (Don’t make me explain).

But yeah I’ll be looking into this one. Quite an interesting concept.
