Top 5 games that should be on the Wii… but aren’t.
3. Resident Evil 5
This is probably the most obvious item on this list, but it needs to be addressed. Resident Evil 4 was and still is one of the best Wii games out there. In terms of third party games, it’s in a class of it’s own. RE5 looks to be taking everything great from RE4, and builds it all up from there. Not only does the game improve the series tremendously in the visual department, the action is more intense, and the story is very intriguing - especially with all of the controversy surrounding the game’s setting. RE5 will most likely end up being ported to the Wii at some point - there have been rumors, and the Capcom is not ruling it out. In the meantime, it ranks high on my list of games that should be on the Wii.
4. The Halo series
I know, I know… not very original. Again, it deserves mention purely based on the ability of the Wii Remote and the series’ massive popularity. There’s not much else to say. Master Chief would rock the Wii, plain and simple.
5. The Elder Scrolls series
Morrowind is the most obvious choice for a port, but I would love to see Oblivion or even Fallout 3 (future Oblivion) on the Wii. Each game is primarily designed to be played in the first-person, which the Wii Remote can take advantage of by immersing the player even further and making it that much easier to target those frustratingly tiny rings and arrows. Most importantly, it addresses the need for a wider selection of RPGs on the Wii. At last glance, the Wii was making progress with this genre, but both the Xbox 360 and the PS3 have and will have some significant titles that Wii owners can only continue to hope for.

I definitely agree with you on Resident Evil 5. I didn’t enjoy Resident Evil 4 until I played it with the WiiMote. It adds so much. I’d gladly sacrifice graphical power for better controls.
I like your choices. I can’t think of any better, but i had to comment on the Calvin and Hobbes reference, i loved those guys!
Would it be nice if Nintendo and Sony would make a single console like the DSP?
