De-gunkify your Wii lens with an official lens cleaner

Maybe not the most interesting headline in video game news history, but news nonetheless. Nintendo has plans to release a first party lens cleaner some time this month. For the low, low price of 800 yen (or just under $8), Wii owners can spiff up their filthy, grimey Wiis to avoid problems like the one that broke a lot of hearts earlier this year.

Yay! The rabid collector in me wants to put this next to my official NES, Game Boy, SNES and N64 cleaners! Alas, my GameCube and my DS must remain unclean.
