That’s a “window” and not a really a “date.” Nintendo confirmed at their conference that Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon, a remake of the original NES Fire Emblem game, will be heading across the Pacific some time in the first half of 2009.
The game will feature a battery of nifty Wi-Fi features, such as a regularly updating online item store, voice chat, and the ability to trade individual units with friends. So let’s ignore the pre-rendered graphics that probably should have died ten years ago and get all excited that we get to play this gem in English, ok?
