Wii storage problem? Fixed… soon
After two years on the market, the Wii fan base in going to get what they have been screaming about for quite some time now. In the Spring of 2009, WiiWare and Virtual Console lovers alike can rejoice as Nintendo will make it possible to download to SD cards.
In my opinion? A great solution. No extra hardware, SD cards are dirt cheap, and I already have a few. Word, Nintendo. But why wait until the Spring?

I assume this means that you can run the programs from the SD card too, right? It wouldn’t make sense otherwise, but the article just says “download to…”, so…
I can’t imagine not being able to play games from your SD card. Otherwise, this isn’t really a storage solution at all.
