Wii Fit Challenge: “Weak” 3

Week three has come to a close, and with it goes Yankee Stadium, the Patriots, and Baby Kanga’s commanding lead. There is still plenty of time left, but it’s going to take a significant pace change for all three competitors to make a dent into their BMI’s. Click over for the results thus far.

While the weight change hasn’t been significant, I am noticing an improvement when it comes to flexibility. Especially when it comes to the downward dog and half moon poses. Half moon seems easy, but oh how it stretches. Sometimes I get stuck.

    I’ve been playing it since it I got it a few months ago, usually at least half an hour a day. My weight loss has kind of stopped, but I can tell that I’m stronger and more flexible (which is one of the reasons I feel inspired to keep on doing it).
