Prepare for Fitness!
Welcome to the start of The Tanooki Wii Fit Challenge! In a grueling three month session of balance board induced health, two of your very own Tanooki staff members and one special guest will see who can yoga with the best, and who must answer to the toaster shaped Wii Fit piggy bank.
Stay tuned this week as the contestants are revealed, and catch the first update on Sunday for thoughts straight from fitness fanatics themselves. As for now, you are just one short click away from meeting the participants! Oh, the anticipation!
Pete “The Copper Crusader” Betcher

Starting BMI: 23.87
Goal: Eat less hot dogs
Part human. Part awesome. Part exaggerative. This copper top enjoys Thursdays, puppies, and a good healthy dose of tap dancing. He grew up on dusty dirt roads and graham crackers and milk. Big deal, you ask? They were stale. And western family. When asked about why he will win the Wii Fit Challenge he said:
You don’t have to kill every koopa. Just find the right warp pipes and that princess is yours.
Deep stuff. Possibly eluding to the fact he’s going to cheat? Only time will tell.
Joey “The Baby Kanga”Levin

Height: 6′ 0”
Starting BMI: 24.70
Goal: Avoid cookies and brownies.
An avid gamer since his fingers could first hold a controller, Joey is very excited to be a part of this competition. A third year Psychology student at the University of Illinois, Joey is hoping to avoid fattening foods and maintain an active lifestyle in order to best his opponents.
Jack “PWNie boy” Womack
Starting BMI: 24.57
Goal: Oats. Are. Bad.
