Surprise, surprise! Japan’s getting the opportunity for more special edition DS Lites. The above Premium Silver, Premium Black, and Premium Rose models are being offered through July and August to randomly selected Club Nintendo members that register two DS games released after August 2006. Five entries per person, and 3,000 winners will be chosen at random. 1,000 of each color will be distributed.
In reality, these are the same as previously launched colors in Japan with the exception of the new metallic plating cover that gives it that extra shine. It does look pretty stylish… I think I’ll take a trip to Michael’s this week.
