Freeloader was exploiting this bug to sign it's code. It isn't that they have no plans, it is probably because they simply CAN'T update the Freeloader. If I had bought one I'd be incredibly angry...I mean, the only reason their product worked was because it exploited a bug in the Wii's system menu. One that, had they been paying attention to homebrewers (and obviously they have if they knew about it...heck, they probably used the freely available tools that can do it easy as pie for you) was easily fixable by Nintendo. It isn't a good policy to release a product like that.
