This is one of the new leaks that leaves me suspicious. The next Spider-Man game, Spider-Man: Web of Shadows, supposedly uses the Wii Balance Board as explained above. Stomp your feet? Jump as high as you can? I’m pretty sure those go against all the warnings given to us in Wii Fit.

Then again, this is a third party, and there’s not as much a concern for Activision to worry about the durability of the Balance Board. “Mommy, I did what the game said, and now it doesn’t work!” “Oh, I guess Nintendo makes bad products.” …and it’s out of Activision’s hands.
