Gamers getting cheap entertainment in Korea

See that? Wii Remotes for ?28,000 and Nunchuks for ?15,000. Maybe it’s the fact that they don’t have to pay for shipping all the way across the Pacific or something, but South Korea is paying the equivalents of $27.07 and $14.51 for the Wii Remote and Nunchuk, respectively. Plus, any sales tax is already included in that price.

From the looks of it, Classic Controllers go for the same as the Nunchuk. To counter it all, the Wii and games seem to be priced above their U.S. counterparts. Seem like a good trade-off to you?
