100 WiiWare titles in development, Wii explodes from lack of storage
In an interview with NOA’s senior directory Tom Prata, IGN asks about all things WiiWare. Naturally, they danced around the “storage space” situation crisis, stating that they’ve had to do what so many of us Wii owners were forced to do once the service was released in the States on May 19th: shuffle around channels in order to make space for other games. It’s not so inconvenient now as there aren’t that many notable titles, but there’s a staggering amount of games in development, according to Prata.
IGN: How many WiiWare games do you have the queue?
Tom Prata: Currently, there are about 100 games in development for WiiWare at various stages of completion.
As expected, there was no mention of a storage device in the interview.
