Nintendo has Nnooo idea for Pokemon MMO
…At least, that’s what we’d assume is the case, seeing as Australian WiiWare developer Nnooo has pitched the concept. Those of you who have been busy doing background checks on these new developers may have spotted the following listing on Nnooo’s licensing page:
We have a concept for a cool Pokemon MMORPG.
Man, I wish I could pitch every cool idea I had to Nintendo. Nnooo may only have Pop on its list of accomplishments, but I’m sure the folks at Game Freak know it doesn’t take a library of a dozen games to prove your talent. Regardless of the outcome of this pitch, what would you like to see in an MMO Pokemon game?

I somehow don’t see Nintendo handing responsibility for a mumorpuguh of one of their biggest franchises over to a company whose biggest accomplishment is a flash game.
I agree with Roto13. That’s cool that they have some great ideas, but I have some of those too! Can I develop the Pokemon MMORPG?
What I would like to see is allowing one of your pokemon to follow you around a la Pokemon Yellow. Also the ability to catch every legendary pokemon! Maybe they could show up once a week on some sort of schedule so that only a handful of people will have them?
